Throughout her career, she has worked for reputable multinational corporations such as Citibank, Atkins, and Sedgwick. As a Senior Finance Director at Sedgwick, Iva demonstrated her expertise in effectively managing the financial operations of construction projects. Her responsibilities included analyzing spending, recording job costs, monitoring budgets, and controlling project costs. Furthermore, she excelled in communicating with stakeholders and the operations team to address any financial issues that arose.

 

Currently serving as the VP of Finance and Accounting of Bay To Bay Group, Iva holds key responsibilities in overseeing the budget and financial strategies. She skillfully allocates funds, forecasts future revenue needs, and analyzes expected revenues to maximize cash flow. Iva's approach to financial stability and profitability in the luxury construction industry revolves around clear communication with the operations team. By aligning their understanding of the company's financial goals, she ensures that the most critical aspects contributing to the company's success are measured and improved upon. In the realm of financial management, Iva focuses on maintaining accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.
